TEDGE offers recurring subscription services, including HR Retainer Services and Fractional HR Management.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at info@tedgeltd.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected billing frequency.
Once a billing cycle has started, payments for that cycle are non-refundable.
Service Delivery
Access to subscription services continues until the end of the paid billing period.
No additional charges will be made after a successful cancellation.
Changes
TEDGE reserves the right to update subscription pricing or features with reasonable prior notice to subscribers.
