Intellectual Property
All templates, documents, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of TEDGE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may use purchased materials internally within their own organization.
Reselling, redistributing, copying for commercial purposes, or sharing purchased materials with third parties is prohibited.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information and respond to project requests in a timely manner.
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information.
Customized Services
Consulting projects and customized HR documentation are developed according to information provided by the customer.
TEDGE is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect customer information.
Limitation of Liability
TEDGE's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the purchased service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
