Refund Policy

Because TEDGE provides digital products and professional consulting services, refunds are handled as follows.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are generally not provided once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

Customized Services

Payments made for customized HR services, consulting projects, employee handbooks, HR policies, organization structures, recruitment projects, or any bespoke deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered if:

• TEDGE is unable to deliver the agreed service.
• Duplicate payments are made.
• A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

Refund requests should be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.
